Stefan Schulz is a painter based in Kansas City, MO. His work involves dramatic, baroque scenes of multiple figures in richly detailed interior spaces. He uses intense color, costumes, props and gestures to portray psychological and emotional intensity, but not without a self aware humor. Stefan Schulz, a 2017 BFA Painting graduate from the Kansas City Art Institute, has shown at Kiosk Gallery, United Colors Gallery, PLUG Gallery, as well as the H&R Block Artspace.
